ADULT STRENGTH TRAINING
A cutting edge strength training routine designed to increase overall strength, lean muscle and burn fat.
This challenging strength training program will educate on proper technique and weight lifting protocols. Our strength training program is designed for any fitness level.

8 WEEK CHALLENGE
Our 8 Week Challenge is a separate class that only happens 3 times a year. It is designed to give new students a chance to try out the Warrior classes held at our dojo for a 2 month period. We help our new students out by teaching them from a holistic approach with different workouts, recovery, and nutrition included. In 8 short weeks, you can truly change the landscape of who you currently are in your mind, body, and spirit.
The 8WC is designed to ignite a fire under your belly, and to get you moving better, feeling better and living better. It's never too late to rapidly jump start fat loss, get super strong & feel like you can do anything!
Eric Mitchell has been in the strength and conditioning industry for 27 years. Eric has trained athletes since 1996 and has operated a Parisi Speed School since 2006. Eric has worked with numerous NFL, MLB and many Professional Tennis Players as well as thousands of kids aged 7 to 18. Eric is also part of the Parisi Master Coaching Team.
He became part of Training for Warriors in 2010. Eric is TFW Level 1 and Level 2 Certified. His passion is helping others achieve their own inner greatness.
Greg is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science. Greg has been a certified Strength Coach for Training For Warriors since 2015. His goal for TFW is to help adults get away from a sedentary lifestyle and towards an active, healthy, and happy one. Greg has a combination of knowledge and passion for group fitness training that will help clients unleash the Warrior Within.
